Agreement and provider
Pick a Dish is provided by Focus Mind Services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Informational service only
Pick a Dish uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to provide estimates and decision support based on menus, photos, and the profile choices you submit. Results are not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice and are not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
The app cannot guarantee ingredients, calorie or protein values, preparation methods, portion sizes, allergen safety, or cross-contact conditions. Menu information and recipes can be incomplete or change without notice.
Your responsibility
Use your own judgment and confirm important information with the restaurant. If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical condition, take medication, or follow a clinician-directed diet, consult the restaurant and an appropriate healthcare professional. Do not use Pick a Dish for emergencies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use the service. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you submit. You give Pick a Dish and its service providers a limited permission to transmit, resize, recognize text from, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested analysis experience.
You must have the right to use submitted content and must not upload unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing material.
Free access and subscriptions
The app may provide a limited number of introductory analyses. Additional or ongoing analysis may require a Pro subscription. Product availability, introductory access, and displayed prices may change, subject to applicable law and the information shown before purchase.
Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple Account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Apple handles billing, renewals, refunds, and payment information. Cancelling normally leaves Pro access active through the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it, overload or interfere with the backend, automate abusive requests, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that every menu, image, language, restaurant, feature, or analysis will be available or accurate. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or product reasons.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pick a Dish is provided “as is” and “as available.” Focus Mind Services disclaims implied warranties that may legally be excluded. We are not responsible for restaurant decisions, undisclosed ingredients, allergic reactions, health outcomes, or losses caused by relying on an estimate instead of confirming information directly.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
Apple license terms
The app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If this summary conflicts with Apple’s applicable standard license, the applicable license terms control.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account data at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms.
Changes and contact
